Frequently asked questions
For starters, a full-time designer starts at $50,000 - $60,000, plus benefits (and you need to find one available + go through the hiring process). Aside from that, you may not always have enough work to keep them busy at all times, so you're stuck paying for time you aren't able to utilize.
With the monthly plan, you can cancel your subscription during quiet months to ensure you're only paying your designer when you have work available for them.
Once subscribed, you can add as many design requests to your board as you'd like. We will knock them off one by one, Monday to Friday.
On average, most requests are completed in two days or less. However, more complex design requests and some Webflow requests can take longer.
Bern St. is an agency of one. This means you'll work directly with me, founder of Bern St. Not saying we wont grow as needed down the road to accompany all clients!
Bern St design requests are made through your Trello design board. Some ways clients request designs is directly via Trello, sharing Google docs, wireframes, examples or even recording a brief Loom video (for those who prefer not to write their briefs out). Basically, if you can share it in Trello, it's fair game.
No worries! We'll continue to revise the design until you're 100% satisfied.
We always hate to see any of our partners go but fully understand sometimes it happens. In the case that you need to cancel your service, you can login through your client dashboard and cancel.

Most requests are designed using Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop & InDesign. Slack and Zoom for communication, and Trello for managing requests.
Our referral program is pretty straight forward. If you have a lead that you send our way and they sign up for our design service via Agent OR Agency/Developer plans, then we will pay you $100 through an ACH or Wire transfer directly to your bank account. All payments are sent 2 weeks after their initial sign up.
